Victor Restis v. United Against Nuclear Iran: Selected Case Files
In this defamation lawsuit brought by Greek businessman Victor Restis against the advocacy organization United Against Nuclear Iran, the U.S. Government -- which was not a party to the lawsuit -- intervened by asserting the state secrets privilege. The court granted the government's motion for dismissal on March 23, 2015.
