USA v. Steven Rosen and Keith Weissman ("The AIPAC Case"): Selected Case Files

Selected Appeals Court Filings
In March 2008, prosecutors filed a pre-trial Notice of Appeal with the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Selected case files from the Appeals process are given below. Most of the proposed appeal was dismissed on June 20, 2008. A final ruling, affirming the lower court evidentiary rulings under CIPA, was issued on February 24, 2009.
