USA v. Stephen Kim: Selected Case Files

Former State Department contractor Stephen Jin-Woo Kim was indicted on charges of unauthorized disclosure of national defense information and making false statements. On February 7, 2014, he pleaded guilty to the charge of unauthorized disclosure. On April 2, 2014 he was sentenced to 13 months incarceration.
