USA v. Ishmael Jones: Selected Case Files

Former CIA officer Ishmael Jones was sued by the CIA for breach of contract because he published a book, entitled "The Human Factor: Inside the CIA's Dysfunctional Intelligence Culture," without obtaining prior approval from the CIA.
